| You can see some of the old mining equipment at the top of the hill and the way the road winds down the hillside. |

| This is as far as we got. The car is 4 wheel drive but none of us have done a lot of off road driving and things were pretty icy. You don't see many people out here so it is best not to take chances. |

| When we got down to the valley in Nevada the ground was covered with hail stones. |
